Not your flavor? We'll make it right.
Every bottle we ship is backed by our 100% money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
If a marinade doesn't hit the mark, or the bottle arrives damaged, or you simply changed your mind — email us and we'll refund your order. Keep the bottle, share it with a neighbor, use it up. We don't want it back.
How to request a refund
Send a note to support@oakstove.com with your order number and a quick line about what happened. That's it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
When to reach out
There's no strict window — but reaching out within 30 days of delivery helps us make it right faster while your order is still fresh in the system.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order shows up damaged, missing bottles, or never arrives at all, email a photo (where applicable) to support@oakstove.com and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.
Why we do this
Because we'd rather earn a customer for life than win a single sale. If it isn't right, it isn't right — and we'll own that.
