Shipping

Every OAKSTOVE order ships within 1–2 business days of being placed. We don't hold orders. If you order Monday morning, it's usually on a truck by Tuesday.

Shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout based on where the order is going. No surprise fees, no membership required.

Every bottle is glass. We pack orders to survive real-world handling — snug fits, protective inserts, and boxes that feel like they were built for the trip.

On the rare occasion a bottle arrives cracked or leaking, don't clean it up first — just email us a photo and we'll replace it, no questions asked.

A tracking link goes out by email the moment your label is created. If it hasn't arrived within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder — then reach out.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming — if you'd like to be notified when it opens, drop us a line at support@oakstove.com.
